		<title>Hollywood Actor Talks to Oahu Inmates</title>
		<description>

WAIPAHU (KHNL) - He's acted in numerous Hollywood films and appears in the NBC hit show, "Heroes." But on this day, actor Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa took the time to speak to 200 inmates at Waiawa Correctional Facility.

He talked to inmates who are part of a long-term, drug treatment program called Kashbox. Twenty of them are graduating from the program.

"When someone trip you or you trip yourself, that's not a sign of failure to me. The failure is to stand back up," said Tagawa.

KRISTEN: Cary, thanks for coming again. Now, this movie looks like it's going to be huge!

CARY: Yeah, the reviews are calling it "potential cult film" as it should be not only because of ping pong but the cast, an unbelievable cast for a small comedy.

		<title>New Interview: Tagawa mum on his big new role</title>
		<description>"I really can't tell you much."

Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa doesn't usually say those words. But the outspoken local actor has to stay uncharacteristically mum on his upcoming role in one of TV's hottest action dramas, "Heroes." For now, he's in Hollywood to shoot only one episode. But like many things in his life, that could change.

At 57, Tagawa finds himself mulling both plot lines and life lines. He spoke to The Advertiser on the eve of his first day on the set.
