There are only 6 episodes from this particular show. Some of the characters are a little corny, but Cary's character was by far the best one. Zylyn belongs to a race called the Graaka, and seemed to me like a cross between a Vulcan and a Klingon. Very spiritual and wise, if Zylyn removes his restraining collar, he becomes full of emotion (usually rage) and very dangerous.

Notes: Finally I've been able to watch all 6 episodes of this show, thanks to Janet for sending me a tape with the episodes on it! This came out at the same time Deep Space Nine did, and obviously DS9 won out. Cary's fans have named this show as the first thing they saw him in that got them interested, second only to the movie Mortal Kombat.
